The third annual Yidu Food Culture Festival celebrated the region's culinary heritage, highlighting sturgeon-based dishes. Join the journey and savor the flavors of Yidu, the "World's Sturgeon Capital."


Yidu Sturgeon Feast, a sub-activity of the third Yidu Food Culture Festival kicks off in Yidu, Yichang, on November 29.

The event showcased 23 exquisite dishes that are crafted using locally farmed sturgeon as the main ingredient, enhanced with Tulaohan seasonings.

The festival featured 81 booths and attracted 11 dining enterprises to participate, promoting Yidu as the "World's Sturgeon Capital".
