Free parking, exciting events await visitors in Yichang

During the Labor Day holiday, Yichang will offer free access to 455 parking lots and 36,124 parking spaces across the city (including 298 lots and 19,939 spaces within the urban area). The free parking period runs from 12 am on May 1 to 12 am on May 6 .
During this time, parking gates at designated lots will automatically open for vehicle entry and exit, and drivers will not need to pay.
Visitors can also look forward to a vibrant lineup of activities at Yichang’s major scenic areas throughout the holiday.
The Three Gorges Waterfall Scenic Area will host lucky draws for souvenirs and arrange photo ops with actors in traditional costumes. Qing River Gallery Scenic Area will offer performances featuring Tujia intangible cultural heritage and Hanfu-themed garden tours. At the Sanxia Romance Park, an immersive "Three Kingdoms Time-Travel Carnival" will take place. Qu Yuan’s Hometown Scenic Area will present a unique camping experience along with family activities and crafts like fishing, flower pounding and decorating straw hats with flowers .

Sanxia Romance Park is a cultural destination in Yidu, Yichang.
