In the first half of 2025, the world's largest clean energy corridor generated a record 126.656 billion kWh of electricity, up 6 billion kWh from last year. The corridor includes China’s six major Yangtze River power stations, notably the Three Gorges Project in Yichang. This output saved 38.2 million tons of standard coal and reduced carbon emissions by 100 million tons.
