Yichang City showcased its achievements at the 14th China International Service Outsourcing Expo, held from July 23 to 25 in Wuhan.
The China International Service Outsourcing Expo is the only nationwide professional exhibition in China's service outsourcing sector. It is hosted by the China International Investment Promotion Association.
The event is China's only national exhibition for service outsourcing and serves as a platform for policy interpretation, trend forecasting, and international trade engagement in the service outsourcing sector.
During the expo, Yichang’s 14 exhibitors showcased their service outsourcing capabilities, mostly focusing on IT services. The Yichang National Hi-Tech Industrial Park Service Center, the Three Gorges Start-up Valley and three other local provincial-level outsourcing model parks displayed their achievements in recent years. San Xia Xing Future IDC Center, Qingyang Technology Co., Ltd and other local companies promoted their IT applications, R&D, design and management consulting offerings at the exhibition.
In the first half of this year, Yichang's service outsourcing industry continued to grow, with nearly 800 companies now exceeding US$1.5 billion in revenue, a year-on-year increase of 10.5 percent.
