At 1:20 pm on April 4, flight 7C8487 landed at Yichang Sanxia International Airport with 193 passengers, marking the resumption of the Yichang–Incheon international route.The Yichang–Incheon route uses a B737‑800 and operates on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Each flight takes about three hours.
Tuesday schedule: Incheon to Yichang 12:10 pm – 3:30 pm; Yichang to Incheon 4:30 pm – 7:25 pm (all times are Beijing Time).
Saturday schedule: Incheon to Yichang 10:15 am –1:20 pm; Yichang to Incheon 2:20 pm – 5:25 pm.
With the resumption of the Yichang–Incheon route, Yichang Sanxia International Airport now operates five international routes: Vladivostok (Russia), Bangkok (Thailand), Hanoi (Vietnam), Vientiane (Laos), and Incheon (South Korea). The airport is also planning three additional routes to Kuching (Malaysia), Cheongju (South Korea), and Busan (South Korea).
