Travel agencies gather in Yichang for tourism promotion event

The "Magnificent Three Gorges - Grand Dam" 2026 Cultural and Tourism Promotion Event opened in Yichang on April 13, drawing over 150 representatives from travel agencies nationwide.

Online travel agency platforms, media outlets, and cultural and tourism departments met with more than 50 tourism enterprises from Yichang, signing several cooperation agreements during the event.

At the event, Yichang collaborated with Zhangjiajie, Wuhan, Xiangyang, Shiyan, Jingzhou, Jingmen, Enshi, and Shennongjia to introduce three premium travel routes: the "Yijingjing'en" (Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen, and Enshi) three-day tour, the "Shenwuxia" (Shennongjia, Wudang Mountain, and the Three Gorges) six-day tour, and the "Hubei Golden Triangle" (Wuhan, Xiangyang, Yichang) four-day tour.

From April 14 to 17, participating travel agencies will explore the "Two Dams and One Gorge" route, visiting key sites such as the Gezhouba Dam, the Three Gorges Dam, the Tribe of the Three Gorges, and the Qing River Gallery on a cruise ship.
