Sanxia Airport to launch new Harbin–Yichang–Jieyang route before May Day holiday

Ahead of the May Day holiday, Sanxia International Airport will launch a new Harbin–Yichang–Jieyang Chaoshan service beginning April 29.

Longjiang Airlines will operate the route with Airbus A321 aircraft on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

Outbound flight LT6627 will depart Harbin at 6:35 am and arrive in Yichang at 10:10 am After a 45-minute turnaround, the aircraft will continue to Jieyang Chaoshan, departing Yichang at 10:55 am and arriving at 1:00 pm

Return flight LT6628 will depart Jieyang Chaoshan at 6:00 pm and arrive in Yichang at 8:05 pm. It will then depart Yichang at 8:50 pm and arrive in Harbin at 12:05 am the following day.

The new service will significantly cut travel time between the three cities.

During the May Day travel period, the airport will operate 44 routes to 53 domestic and international destinations.

On domestic routes, Sanxia International Airport will offer three daily round-trip flights to Beijing, Shenzhen, and Guiyang; two daily round-trip flights to Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Kunming; and one daily round-trip flight to Qingdao, Taizhou, Xiamen, Tianjin, Huizhou, Xuzhou, Hangzhou, Maotai, Xi’an, Haikou, Nanning, and Wenzhou.

Internationally, the airport continues to operate nine stable regional and international routes covering Bangkok, Hanoi, Vientiane, Kuching, Vladivostok, Singapore, Seoul, Cheongju, and Hong Kong.
