Yunchi Port Wharf
To improve efficiency, the port opened more than 10 rail-water intermodal routes. It also converts bulk cargo to containers for domestic shipping. In 2025, the port bought 300 open-top containers to strengthen key corridors for phosphate-iron and phosphate-coal flows.

The port invested $2.1 million in ship waste handling and recycling. Shore power now covers all berths. Smart dispatching, unmanned weighbridges and a digital yard have also been introduced.
The port handled 5.4 million tons in 2024. Volume fell to 4.61 million tons in 2025 after a client relocated. Despite the drop, Yunchi Port remains a model for inland river ports seeking sustainable, service-oriented growth.
