All new vessels will use new-energy propulsion systems and follow green, low-carbon, and intelligent design principles.
The two interprovincial resort cruise ships will each have 259 cabins, a maximum capacity of 650 passengers, and a range of 1,500 kilometers. New amenities include swimming pools, sauna rooms, executive lounges, seafood farming systems, and smart service robots. Once completed, they will operate on the Yichang–Chongqing route.
The project follows the launch of the first batch of resort cruise ships, Vista Harmony and Vista Aurora, and is expected to further improve cruise tourism infrastructure in the Three Gorges region.
