Overseas Chinese with ties to Hubei gathered at Binjiang Park in Yichang on September 24 for a Mid-Autumn Festival gala featuring music, dance, and traditional Chinese culture.

Photo by Fu Beibei.With the full moon as its theme, the gala brough together elements of Jingchu culture, the Three Gorges, and Hubei’s revolutionary heritage, while highlighting the connections between overseas Chinese communitiesand their hometowns.
The evening featured songs and dances, recitations, Peking Opera, and a qipao show. The performances reflected themes of homecoming, cultural heritage, and connections to Hubei.
