The ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation program has five levels and evaluates how effectively airports manage and improve the passenger experience. Level 2 focuses on an airport's ability to systematically use passenger feedback and customer data to improve operations and services.

The airport previously achieved Level 1 accreditation in 2025. It began participating in ACI’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) benchmarking program in 2018, won four ACI international awards in 2019, and received the 2025 ASQ Award for Best Departure Airport in Asia-Pacific (2–5 million passengers).
