Large fatty fish hotpot attracts thousands of tourists

The third annual Yichang Fatty Fish Festival opened on May 16, featuring a collaboration among the city's top culinary teams to create a 3-meter-wide fatty fish hotpot. Made with fresh fatty fish pieces and fish balls, the pot was sampled by about 1,000 tourists for free.
