One zongzi, two millennia of traditional taste

Making zongzi is one of the traditional customs of the Dragon Boat Festival. But what do they taste like in Qu Yuan's hometown? In Zigui, they keep it simple: glutinous rice and red dates. The white rice symbolizes the poet's purity, the red dates represent loyalty, and the sharp corners stand for integrity.
