China National Geography magazine has set up its largest red-frame landmark in Yichang. The city’s first such frame stands at Nanjin Pass, the dividing point between the upper and middle reaches of the Yangtze River. It frames the steep Three Gorges to the west and overlooks the expansive river and Gezhouba Dam to the east.
