Tracklaying nears completion on Three Gorges rail link

Tracklaying is nearing completion on the Maoping Port Dedicated Railway for the Three Gorges Hub. On October 12, workers installed a 100-meter section of steel rail at the Jiuli Grand Bridge site.
The 39.59-kilometer railway will connect Yichang South Station with Maoping Port. Once completed, it will improve connections between waterway, road, and rail transportation, strengthening the Three Gorges multimodal transport network.
