Duty-free stores to be established in Yichang Sanxia airport

Duty-free stores are set to open at Yichang Sanxia Airport after the Yichang Municipal Government inked a deal with China Duty Free Group (CDF) and Yichang Sanxia Airport on July 25. The agreement will allow Yichang Sanxia Airport to develop duty-free shopping and cross-border e-commerce. An investment of about 5 million yuan (US$700,000) will be pumped into the project, which will improve the international passenger shopping experience at Yichang Sanxia Airport.
The new DFS will open in Terminal 1, extending the upscale tourist shopping offer in Yichang.
