The Yanhua Comprehensive Energy Service Station in Yiling District, Yichang City, began charging for heavy-duty truck services on January 15.

The station serves as a charging hub for new energy trucks that transport phosphate ore along Changlin Road in Yiling District.
The station provides efficient electricity charging services for new energy trucks transporting phosphate ores. Spanning nearly 9,000 square meters along both sides of the road, it features 28 dual-gun charging piles, each with a maximum power of 500 kW. The station can charge 28 new energy heavy trucks simultaneously, with a daily service capacity of about 300 vehicles.

The station spans nearly 9,000 square meters and can charge 28 heavy-duty electric trucks at the same time.
Yichang holds more than 4 billion tons of confirmed phosphate ore reserves, accounting for over half of Hubei Province's total. Of this, 2.63 billion tons are located in Yiling District.
Currently, over 200 mining trucks in Yiling District operate on electricity. Converting all diesel trucks to electric vehicles could reduce annual emissions by 121,400 tons of carbon dioxide and 157 tons of sulfur dioxide. The service station represents a significant advancement in the Yiling District's "Zero-Carbon Freight Corridor" initiative.
