The program features lantern fairs, heritage showcases, exhibitions, and stage productions, all under a unified New Year theme. Highlights include the 2026 Yichang Chinese New Year Lantern Festival, “Calligraphy Masters Welcome the New Year,” “Intangible Cultural Heritage: A Yichang New Year,” “Celebrate Spring Festival in the Museums,” and the “Piano into Communities” Spring Festival showcase — each reflecting both artistic brilliance and local character.
